1. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
2. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped parsley, dill, thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to make a paste.
4. Spread the garlic and herb mixture evenly over the tilapia fillets, making sure to coat both sides.
5. Bake the tilapia in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Once cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
7. Serve the Baked Tilapia with Garlic and Herb with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
