1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over them.

4. Use your hands to coat the chicken evenly with the mixture.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 90°C.

6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
