1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
5. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Layer the sliced zucchini on the bottom of the dish.
6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the zucchini.
7. Spoon half of the beef and marinara mixture over the ricotta mixture.
8. Repeat layers with remaining zucchini, ricotta mixture, and beef mixture.
9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the lasagna.
10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
12. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
