7. Pour the filling mixture over the cooled crust and spread it out evenly.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden on top.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
10. Once cooled, sprinkle the powdered erythritol over the top as a finishing touch.
